Suki is a story about a girl growing up on the South Texas border who shares fun adventures and life lessons with her sister Emme, brother FJ, Mama, Papa, her grandmother Guelita and her Tio Tony. Suki is kind, curious about the world around her and has great love for her family.

Because she lived her life on the border, she was able to experience her life within two different cultures and two different languages. Her life was an interesting, colorful and fun intersection of both worlds. She views the world from that lens.
